Paul's bounty quest: mob points are not removed anymore

Some typo fixes and minor rewording, there was a giant wall of unnecessary whitespace and a tiny part where tabs were used instead of spaces.

This caused quite a discussion but in the end mob points were removed from the account because there was an issue with overpowered weapons that has since been patched. So the removal is not needed anymore and even causes way more harm than good.
