For short, drop security channel for MySQL.

Temporary fix for RECONNECT deprecation; There is no plan to change this in the nearby future and our machines can afford the package lock.

Currently, Evol2 relies on this flag. Changing it might be possible thanks to us being able to back-port the change (once it is fixed upstream), but we don't have manpower for complex rebases, even security ones.
