Administrator requested to merge Art_From_Kolchak into master

Changes made to add new item "Graduation Album" new item id: 1178. This is in support of the server data addition also made by me. https://gitlab.com/TMW2/serverdata/-/merge_requests/35

The item is for lvl 100, and is intended to replace the Prism Gift reward as well as be a buffed version of Theta Book and follow the graduation theme of gear granted through milestones.
