Upsize map 000-1 so it fits minimum screen width (1920/32)

Shifts exit 8 tiles to the right, needs serverdata adjusted accordingly.

is 45->60 width upsize good or should it be upsized to 61? At 60 the exit is no longer in exact center of map, but in the latter case the map itself would not be centered on screen.
