Dark shrooms are better, but cost more SP

Led Mitz requested to merge darkshroom_buff into master

I noticed dark magic still lacks compared to light. The cooldown time for dark was 3/4 less though, so I made other changes 3/4 value of spiky mush spawns (amount of spawns from 1/2 to 3/4, time they last from less than 1/4 to 3/4) and raised the SP cost to 42 from 35. I already did an MR for Asorm to make it last longer as compensation and it was too short to begin with.
