Update Slots (for Crossroads)

Jesusalva Jesusalva requested to merge jesusalva/cardslot into master

This allows cards to be inserted on weapons (same as in ML).

Useful only in Crossroads; there are no cards in TMW Classic (and will never be, on TMW Legacy)

Not being able to insert cards may make them slightly crippled in combat.
