I made this NPC because people are annoyed that they must play several alts to just get the items they want (in my case it was 4 alts for example) and trading does not work since no one sells the stuff because everyone needs it for themselves, normally Illia rewards should be choose able right from the start but changing the illia script will not help players who already got unneeded items.
