This fixes the caves rules and adds a sample level. I would like to embelish the level.

-rules/caves updated to work with latest tiled. -easily create new caves -when this is accepted, I'll fix the rest of the rules -sample level is Lower Terranite Caves. I'd like to embellish this to a more reasonable size and add some quests for it. -When accepted, I'll convert all other rules to latest Tiled. -criticism welcome
