Added HoraK's items from an MR with a conflict

Led Mitz requested to merge horak_items into master

Due to issues with "!515" and since the server-data coefficient has already been added to stable and also TMW restarted, this is actually a bug fix, though there are 3 new items for an upcoming quest.
