Changes to map 012-1.tmx Move the tiles from Fringe to a new layer Ground2 to fix a road display issue with the Dark Talisman aura. Additionally gives the road more curvature and make the East side match map 013-1.

Changes to map 012-3.tmx Move some tiles from Fringe to layer Ground1 and Ground2 to fix a bridge display issue with the Dark Talisman aura.
