Bromenal set rebalance

HoraK-FDF requested to merge HoraK-FDF/serverdata:bromenal into master

I tried to re-balance the Bromenal set a bit. I think of it as a pretty flexible ore that can be woven into a fabric like fashion. and since metal is harder than leather it should have more def than leather equipment i thought.
