Change default save file locations to outside serverdata

Currently, TMWA will place account/character data and logs inside the serverdata checkout, which makes for a data loss risk on updates/repo operations.

Proposal: make the defaults point to ~/.config/tmwa or ~/.config/tmwa/$SERVER_NAME

I don't know (yet) if this requires TMWA changes (processing ~ or $HOME or $XDG_CONFIG...).
